AMAZING work from start to finish! The team handled EVERYTHING after our fire and I mean EVERYTHING. Free board up, free hotel, materials showroom was INCREDIBLE, quality is top notch! Five year warranty too!! So professional and caring, made a terrible situation actually manageable!

Dealing with insurance after water damage is usually a nightmare but these guys made it seamless. They handled all the claim communication, knew exactly what documentation was needed, and worked directly with the adjuster so I didn't have to. Got everything covered and the rebuild done fast. Their professionalism navigating the insurance process alone made them worth it, plus the quality of materials and workmanship was outstanding.

I had never dealt with fire damage or restoration before and honestly had no idea what to do or where to start. The whole insurance process seemed impossible to navigate on my own. This company guided me through absolutely everything. They handled the claim paperwork, gave me a free estimate, explained all my options so I could make educated decisions, and their communication was so professional and clear. The reconstruction quality is excellent and their five year warranty gives me total peace of mind. Couldn't have gotten through this without them.

We noticed some black mold growing in our kitchen. With a 6 month old and two busy parents this is not our area of expertise at ALL! Chad Lidstrom and Jason "JJ" and later Ivan were responsive and professional and helped coach us through process from the assessment, through the demo and the final restoration. The slow leek from the master bath had soaked the wall and we were super worried it would be a much bigger project. They came quickly, helped us understand what was most likely, walked us through next steps and worked with us on options to tackle the issue all the way through. It made it easy. The photos show the worth. They were on estimate and it looks like it never happened. Don't waste time shopping around, chose quality and responsiveness. You get what you pay for.

Pacific North Restoration is second to none. They have truly gone above and beyond my expectations. We met and talked through the project, and within three days they were already getting to work. Their entire team has been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Every time I walk in, the staff takes the time to stop, ask how I’m doing, and see if there’s anything they can help answer. They have been extremely pleasant to work with and are moving much faster than I anticipated. They’ve also taken care of so many of the details that I thought were going to be stressful, which has made the entire process much easier. I highly recommend Pacific North Restoration. The service and communication from Chad was excellent. He got my job setup and the mitigation team on site right away after my dishwasher leaked. Working with Riley on the job scope and insurance coordination was also simple and efficient. I wish the same could be said about my insurance, but Riley was persistent and got the most coverage she could. Oleg's teams performed quality work once all the approvals were out of the way and restored my home.

My condo was flooded by a unit above me, and I am SO thankful PNW Restoration was the company I called! From the initial water mitigation all the way through reconstruction and cleanup, their entire team made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. One of the biggest advantages is that everything is under one roof—water mitigation, content pack-up and storage, construction/renovation, and cleanup. There was no need to coordinate multiple companies or contractors. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about the outcome. They were also a tremendous help when it came to dealing with my insurance company! David was onsite immediately to document the damage, taking all of the photographs and detailed information needed for insurance. He provided everything directly to the insurance company, which meant I didn’t have to navigate that process myself. That alone was a lifesaver! Ivan and Riley made the pack-up and reconstruction phases seamless. They were flexible, easy to work with, and always willing to answer my questions. I especially appreciated that PNW Restoration didn’t simply subcontract everything out—the work was handled in-house, and I truly believe that contributed to the quality and consistency of the finished product. My new floors, walls, paint, trim, and other finishes are beautiful and top-notch. But perhaps my favorite part is that I keep discovering little improvements around my condo that are actually better than they were before the flood—door stops added, beautifully sealed sinks and toilets, new electrical outlets, upgraded wood and door trim, and several areas that were raw wood but they took the time to paint and so many other details that make me smile every time I notice them. It’s clear that PNW Restoration valued my home and took pride in their work. They didn’t just restore my condo—they made it better! I couldn’t be happier with the results and wholeheartedly recommend PNW Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage or a major restoration project.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pacific Northwest Restoration LLC and the incredible care their team has shown my family. Around midnight on July 4th, my family experienced one of the most terrifying and devastating events of our lives—a house fire. Thankfully, we all made it out safely, but we stood outside completely horrified and heartbroken, watching our home burn while knowing our two beloved cats were still somewhere inside. While the firefighters were still at our home, I received a phone call from Owen Guape. In the midst of complete chaos, Owen introduced himself in a calm, reassuring voice and simply told me that he could help. I was overwhelmed, distraught, and sobbing, but something about his demeanor gave me enough reassurance to say yes. Within 20 minutes, Owen arrived at our home with water for our family and immediately began offering comfort and support. By 9:00 the next morning, Owen and his team were back at our home, tarping and boarding it up to make sure it was secure. But what I will never forget is that Owen spent hours helping us search for and rescue both of our cats. Miraculously, they were alive, but terrified and hiding. His willingness to stay and help us find them meant more to our family than I could ever put into words. The kindness did not stop there. Owen personally delivered several of my husband's suits after they had been cleaned at their facility so that he would have clothing to wear to work. In the middle of everything we were dealing with, that level of thoughtfulness and personal care meant so much to us. Within days of the fire, several members of the Pacific Northwest Restoration team met me and our insurance company at the house to begin assessing the damage and inventorying both the structure and the contents of our home. They have worked seamlessly with our insurance company throughout the process, which has helped take an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders. On the contents and project management side, I have had the privilege of working closely with Rieley, Lana and Amanda, who have truly been by my side throughout this process. They consistently keep me updated on what their team is working on, explain the next steps, answer my questions, and have even coordinated multiple deliveries of our belongings to the rental home where we will be living while our house is rebuilt. Meanwhile, other members of the team have continued working at our home, removing debris and handling the ongoing cleanup. I often think about what would have happened if I hadn't answered that random phone call in the middle of the night during the scariest experience of my life. I am incredibly grateful that I did. Pacific Northwest Restoration has given my family something that is incredibly difficult to find after experiencing such a devastating loss: peace of mind. This is more than a restoration company. This is a team of people who understand that behind every damaged home is a family whose entire world has just been turned upside down. They are communicative, responsive, compassionate, professional, and, most importantly, they genuinely care about the people they serve. Without hesitation, I would recommend Pacific Northwest Restoration LLC to anyone who has experienced a fire or any other devastating event in their home. During one of the darkest and most overwhelming moments of our lives, this team stepped in and helped us begin putting the pieces back together.
